Terms of Service.
A clear starting point for using the studio platform. Project scope, schedule, delivery and ownership are agreed separately before paid work begins.
01 / Using the studio
Tyrosine Studios provides a way to explore custom game development, save a project brief and communicate with our team. You must give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use the service lawfully. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
02 / Your project brief
You may create and edit drafts for your own projects. A draft is an invitation to discuss an idea, not a commitment by either party to deliver a game. You are responsible for the material you submit and for having permission to share any references, images, videos or files. Do not upload malicious code, unlawful material or another person’s confidential information without authorization.
03 / Estimates and orders
Builder prices are preliminary estimates based on the options selected. They are not binding quotes. Additional mechanics, content, revisions, platform requirements and third-party costs can change the final price. We will confirm scope, price, milestones and payment terms with you before development begins. Online checkout is not currently available through this platform.
04 / Messages and files
Project conversations are intended for communication about your game. The account holder and the studio team can access the associated messages and files. Uploaded files must meet the platform’s published format and size limits. Keep your own copy of important material; do not use the service as your sole file archive. We may remove content that violates these terms or threatens the service.
05 / Intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in the brief and materials you provide. You give us permission to review and use those materials to discuss and, where separately agreed, develop your project. Ownership and licensing of any game, source code, artwork or other deliverables will be set out in the individual project agreement. The Tyrosine Studios site, branding and portfolio remain their respective owners’ property.
06 / Availability and contact
We work to keep the platform available and your projects secure, but temporary interruptions or changes may occur. We may update these terms as the service develops; the current version will be posted here with an effective date. For questions, email tyrosinegames@hotmail.com.
