01 / What we collect

When you create an account, we process your email address, authentication details and optional profile information such as a display name or company name. When you use the game builder, we process your answers, project descriptions and estimated pricing. Conversations may contain messages and files you upload. We also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as session data, request logs and device or browser information generated by our hosting and authentication providers.

Before you sign in, your unfinished builder answers may be stored in your browser so you can resume them. Signing in moves that draft into your account. You can clear local browser storage through your browser settings.

02 / Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save your briefs, provide price estimates, respond to project questions, share development updates, secure the platform and operate the service. We use necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. Where applicable, processing supports steps you ask us to take before a contract, performance of a project agreement, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, or legal obligations. We do not use the current platform for automated purchase decisions.

03 / Who can access it

Your project information, messages and files are available to your account and authorized Tyrosine Studios team members. We use Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the platform. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also handles that authentication step under its own terms. We do not publish private project conversations or sell your personal information.

04 / Storage and retention

We keep account, project and conversation information while needed to provide the service and manage our relationship with you. A draft you delete is removed together with its linked conversation and files. Other records may need to be retained longer where an order, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation requires it. Technical logs are retained according to our providers’ operational settings. We restrict access to private project data through account checks and database row-level security.

05 / Your choices

You can edit or delete a draft from your dashboard. You may request access, correction or deletion of other personal information, or ask questions about how it is processed, by emailing us. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection or complaint to a relevant supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when legally required.
